The Challenge Ciclista a Mallorca races have been taking place on the Spanish island. The series of five day races cover a variety of terrain. The first two events finished as sprints won by Robbie McEwen and Oscar Freire respectively.
Adam Blythe and Charlie Wegelius having been racing for Omega Pharma-Lotto, while Tom Faiers made his professional debut today for Footon-Servetto.
